Anticoagulants (blood thinners) and bruising

Are you taking an anticoagulant (blood-thinning medicine) such as warfarin? Perhaps you know someone who is? Is bruising a problem?

If you injure yourself and you think a bruise is going to develop, apply wheatgrass cream or balm as soon as you can over the injury site. Don't worry if the skin is broken, it is still perfectly safe to use. This will help stop the bleeding under the skin and bruising to disappear more quickly.
